What a MyForestPass badge means

Each badge is derived from records already held on the platform and names the evidence behind it. A badge is a description of that record — it is not a certification, licence, audit outcome or statement of regulatory compliance, and MyForestPass does not accredit third parties.

• 🗂 Passport record held

  A woodland record with at least one stand and one CCFPI assessment snapshot.

• 🌲 Professionally reviewed

  At least one management plan approved, or one marking visit approved at expert review.

• 📍 Geometry source recorded

  Woodland coordinates or a boundary geometry held on the record.

• 📷 Photographic evidence held

  At least one photograph stored against the woodland or a stand.

• 📋 Append-only history held

  An approved plan or marking visit plus timeline history and immutable version snapshots.

• 🌍 Carbon record — not built

  Would require a Carbon Passport, which is not built. Forest Alpha™ produces modelled carbon figures today; a modelled figure is not an assured one.

• 📡 Point-cloud evidence committed

  At least one committed tree-extraction evidence record derived from a processed LiDAR or point-cloud survey.
