One governed evidence record for every property in the portfolio.
MyForestPass gives institutional forest owners, investment managers and their assurance stakeholders a persistent Forest and Stand Passport for each holding — with the source, date, scale, methodology, limitations and reviewer attached to the evidence behind every decision.
Three accountable roles, one governed record.
Forest manager
Boundaries, inventories, plans, inspections, interventions, certification evidence and timber movements.
Investment manager
Acquisition evidence, material risks, decisions, exceptions, portfolio aggregation and investor reporting.
Assurance stakeholder
Evidence provenance, methodology, review status, limitations and controlled supporting records.
One governed forest record, with appropriate permissions and views for each accountable role.
More than recording the forest. More than optimising the plan.
Operational systems
Record land, inventory, schedules, costs and forestry operations.
Planning and optimisation systems
Model scenarios and recommend strategic or tactical plans.
MyForestPass
Connects the source evidence, evidence fitness, professional decision, approved intervention, delivered work and reported outcome in one persistent Passport.
MyForestPass can perform the underlying forestry workflow itself or govern evidence contributed by specialist systems.

Where could this portfolio fail scrutiny, require action or create avoidable cost?
Assembled during a pilot from existing action, compliance, evidence and lifecycle records; not a standalone production workspace. The rows shown here are synthetic demonstration data.

Evidence carries its own context wherever it is read.
Deterministic rule-pack evaluation of an evidence set against a declared management question. Ireland v1.0.0 is the only pack; the methodology is not independently validated. Fitness findings appear alongside the evidence in the Forest Passport, the Stand Passport, the portfolio overview, the Exception Centre, evidence detail views and report exports.

Automated portfolio-wide Evidence Fitness assessment
In development—nextFitness runs per engagement and question today; portfolio-wide automated sweeps are not built.
The Evidence Fitness methodology is authored and versioned by MyForestPass. It has not been independently validated. Evidence Fitness is not certification, legal advice, regulatory approval or independent evidence review.
The acquisition record does not disappear after purchase.
It becomes the opening evidence state of the persistent Forest Passport. Configured per pilot from existing evidence, decision and passport structures.

Acquisition evidence room
Boundaries, inventory, constraints and due-diligence documents held together.
Evidence gaps and exceptions
What was missing, uncertain or contradictory at the point of purchase.
Decision record
The investment decision, its justification and the evidence it rested on.
Named responsible roles
Who assessed, who reviewed and who decided, with dates.
Accepted limitations
Limitations the buyer knowingly accepted, retained rather than discarded.
Conditions or follow-up actions
Post-completion actions carried forward as open items.
Conversion to the Forest Passport
The acquisition state becomes the opening evidence state of the persistent Forest Passport record.
A modelled scenario is an input to a professional decision, not a substitute for one.
Deterministic growth, NPV/IRR, carbon and optimisation engine with recorded model version and assumptions. Outputs are modelled estimates for professional review.

Forest Alpha™ produces deterministic modelled estimates from recorded assumptions. It is not a prediction service, and its outputs are not independently validated.
Consignment evidence, sealed and versioned.
Sealed, versioned consignment evidence pack
Available todayA pack may connect the plot or stand, harvest record, species, quantity, timber batch, consignment, movement history and supporting evidence.
“Sealed” means the pack contents are serialised canonically and fixed to a reproducible SHA-256 content hash recorded with the pack version, so later edits produce a new version and a different hash. It is not a cryptographic signature, notarisation or third-party attestation.
Portfolio-wide EUDR readiness and exception-management workspace
In development—nextStructural readiness is derived per holding; a portfolio-wide exception workspace is not built.
MyForestPass supports due-diligence evidence preparation and record-keeping. It does not determine legal compliance, conduct legal due diligence or submit a due-diligence statement. Direct EUDR Information System API integration is planned next-stage integration, and Timber DPP alignment is planned next-stage work: ForestTrace may provide upstream timber and consignment evidence for future product-specific workflows, but the Forest Passport is not itself a regulated Digital Product Passport.
One core evidence model. Governed jurisdiction packs.
One core evidence model. Governed jurisdiction packs for the rules, terminology, methodologies and reporting requirements of each country. Ireland is the first jurisdiction pack. There is no separate product per country or per buyer.
GIS and REST interoperability
Available todayPublic REST v1 read and write with idempotency, OGC-style services and ArcGIS write-back.
ForestTrace timber and NTFP traceability
Available todayHarvest records, lots, consignments, transport dockets and public docket/tag reading of recorded custody events.
Reduce the cost of finding, reconciling and reproducing forest evidence.
MyForestPass retains evidence once, connects it to the relevant forest activity and makes it reusable—subject to permissions—across management, assurance and reporting workflows.
Where the effort goes today
- Repeated requests for property information
- Reconciliation across spreadsheets, GIS and reports
- Audit and certification preparation
- Corrective-action tracking
- Acquisition handover
- Investor-report evidence assembly
- Consignment evidence preparation
- Reconstruction of historical decisions
Pilot ROI measurement
Pilot configuration- Time to locate supporting evidence
- Time to refresh a property record
- Time to answer an audit query
- Time to produce an evidence pack
- Duplicate records identified
- Evidence gaps surfaced
- Acquisition onboarding time
- Consignment-pack preparation time
These are measured during your pilot against your own baseline. MyForestPass publishes no savings figures and presents no predicted saving as an achieved customer result.
